About the role

● Research, interpret, and evaluate information related to U.S. provider licensure and continuing medical education. ● Complete provider credentialing, licensure, and payor enrollment applications on behalf of CertifyOS customers. ● Validate and authenticate data within credentialing and licensing platforms, ensuring 100% accuracy. ● Communicate with providers and clients via email to collect additional information when required. ● Support monitoring initiatives and new client implementations as needed. Summarize research findings and translate them into clear, concise guideline documentation for customers. ● Assist with ad hoc operational projects as required.
