Capgemini hiring process

Capgemini is one of India's largest fresher recruiters via its 'Exceller' program for Analyst and Senior Analyst tracks. The process starts with an online assessment combining technical/pseudocode MCQs, English, a game-based cognitive test, and a behavioural assessment, followed by a coding round (or essay/GD), a technical interview, and an HR interview. Track allocation is automatic and there is no negative marking.

   Register via Superset; 60% aggregate, no active backlogs

   Technical+pseudocode MCQs, English, game-based cognitive, behavioural

   Coding / Essay-GD Round

   2 coding problems (~45 min); some drives use essay/GD

   Technical Interview

   DSA, OOPs, DBMS, OS, project/resume (~20-35 min)

   HR Interview

   Cultural fit, communication, aspirations
